Its hard to proc in war using single target weap proc

It would be about the same if it was Chasmal + Neptaris.

The arcane armor only gives 300 primary stats more than chasmal in terms of combat power.

It's 3x damage as well from what I heard.

I use ebon Armor mage which is 3x damage and 50% haste while the 81 arcane armor is 3x damage and 30% haste.

Ebon is 5sec, new arcane armor is 7sec. Arcane armor gives additional 2x speed + 50% crit + 300 int.

Arcane armor is obviously superior, but Ebon is still good compared to it.

Also, I think Ebon Armor has 30sec cooldown while 81 armor is 20sec.

We need to talk about the proc's visuals, with the amount of Auras and Set Effects we have makes the Proc Visual much less noticeable even without Set Effects or Auras, for example being on top of hoards of mobs, what's more frustrating is that us Rogues the vest proc looks almost the same with Pisces heck even if you can look at your character HUD wouldn't make that much difference if you're so focused on switching loadouts after loadouts.

If stats are final, I demand changes on proc visuals at least!
something similar shown below (Ethyl's AA) If you can't remove the default visual, at least add an effect or an aura that makes it much more noticeable.

Tnks for the test. On helm bro. But I don't saw, the thing above is head. And ulti charge, with or without helm. Seems equal. Don't seen much use on helm. But maybe depends on maps or boss
