Buff Kraken Helm and Armor

It is buff for all class
I thought the kraken gears will be op but it just ebon arm that add stats and unique buff.
The rogue kraken armor proc is like ebon and sunken that gives armor.

Kraken Helm
Suggestion
- Add atleast 15% haste (helm proc is useless if your ult is fully charge)
- Add 5-10% passive increase ultimate charge

Kraken Armor
Suggestion
- make all class have the same proc
- 30-50% Crit
- 100% armor
- make it 40-50% haste
- 15%-25% Health leech (It will be useful to other class too)
- increase proc rate in helm and armor (warrior and rogue having hard time to proc it cuz now we dont really need damage skill for our weapon to proc)


*Sorry for asking too much but it just feel Ebon arm, Im not 100% surely that this need to implemented because overall, it will depends on lvl 81 arcane weapon. This is suggestion if you want people to really change mythic set to arcane gears.

I dont think it will be good for the game, its fine in the uniqe stat for each class aspect.

It’s already op, it is a balanced version of combo proc lvl 71-76 armors but in a single proc.
It is also op cause it is extremely hard to loot.
The best way to loot them is to invest 100 million into keys and crates or 9000 plats (paying a lot of money) like if they just want to milk the remaining player base.
Moreover as the endgame gear is missing, it is expensive for players to get them so not everyone can get endgame gear actually so if you have them you are op enough.
