Need help enchantress lv 41

I need help
I have a enchantress level 41
I dont now how i have to play him ,what i mean is:
How much dex str and int i have to do
Whixh armor i have to wear
How i play in pvp 1 vs 1
Which skills are the usefullst
And how i have to decide my skills points and which skills i have to use
I want to have a shield wand enchantress with powerfull dmg

i cant do this one
my guess is 1/3 dex the rest int use drain fire and snowball
keep your shield and buffs high

Voodoo helm,voodoo robes,voodoo pin,brain freeze eyeball,lv 20 +11damage ring with 2 crit % for gear

67 dex(for ring) and rest into int.

Max both blessings,max drain life,max firestorm,max frostbite,1 magic shield,6 lightning,3 heal is a good build.

Ok well since bows ruined pvp voodoo not very good i can give you a staff build very good for pvp and ctf pm me if u want cus its private i made so dont wanna tell everyone if you know wat i mean. Unless staffs and bows get nerfed then ya get voodoo.
