About upcoming 81 Arcane Rings, Amulets, Belts.

I would suggest that upcoming arcane gears (not weapons) will have a passive effect, and not a proc effect.

For example -
Arcane 71 Rings / Amulets / Belts had a passive that sometimes when an enemy die you have a chance to a little buff in stats.
That was actually very good.

And don't do it like 76 Arcane Rings / Amulets / Belts that had a chance to proc some kind of a effect.
I think having a weapon / helm / armor that procs some buffs is enough, passives will be better for all the rest
