Qtr damage bug

So recently the L50 quarter stat weapons seem to have bugged damage. They are now one shot killing in pvp with one auto. This has never been the case before even before the weapons got nerfed earlier this year.

After the nerf, the weapons did not do much damage at all. Could the damage be reversed back to how it was before? Hoping that a member of the dev team will look into this.

For context, this happens in pvp lvls 50+ (low lvls cannot equip quarter stat weapons)
