A problem in my fourms account.... And they are not responding to me to fix it

I didn't want to post this but I need a sulotion for this problem
It's not updating and I'm not getting notifications
As picture shows it's stuck at 2021 date and not getting anything new
I send many messages to ppl who can fix this and they said we gonna fix it and no one did anything lol

Cinco doesn't own tapatalk. Its an application error, not sts forums. I am having the same prob with not getting notifications.
Can use desktop mode on android chrome browser though.
