Add arcane shard

Add arcane shard in event zone or else most of those weapons gonna be useless , or allow us to convert weapons to vanities with radiant arcane shards.

I really dont understand that either. The event was supposed to release gear and now its basically a forgotten vanity weapon event. We need kraken armor, arc pendant 76 and prof rings to play and not weapons thats only use is vanities.
