I am tired of asking about smugg gun at this point. Just disappointed that it was listed in drop list but not even available to be purchased.

It feels like a false promise. Play Elite Sunken and try to do any noticeable damage to boss with just Aquaris + Ebon Armor, and try against but do Aquaris + Ebon Armor + Smugg Gun this time. You'll see why Mages really need this item.
