I'll make it so you can force start a map after 1m even if all players are not within the circle.

One player runs to the boss and waits for the gate to ooen. They want that one booted.

Ah. Boss door automatically opens after 2 minutes to account for this.

I can't detect a player's intent, so if it bugs you, party up with people you trust (friends, guildmates, etc.).
