Yet another Smuggler's Rifle thread

Hi,

Its been nearly 3 days since the event started, the prices of arcanes and mythics have plummeted. But this pattern is not being applied to one specific one.

Going around in towns, you can see a lot of players selling Immortal weapons, kershal, bb hooks, maul, etc.. You can easily find a lot of new ones being listed in auction regularly.

So my question is, what's going on with smuggler's rifle? How come no new ones are being listed and haven't heard anyone looting them either?

I made multiple posts in the bug section and haven't gotten any straight answer. Both times @asommers said all items from the list are lootable.

Is the drop rate even harder than kershal? 100x harder? Or is there a bug in your system? I was really looking forward to buying one this event as it was stated that it drops. But where are the drops?

It is the newest item dropping in the event so it wouldn't be a shock to think it has the lowest drop rate.

Just buy a rifle and move on.

Yea weird how a mythic item is rarer than... arcane items? Smuggler hasn't dropped once. It's been the same two in the auc.

lol that's the thing mythic harder to loot than arcane. But the weapon is really good.

No smugg gun in Auc rn, yet u guys say it's dropping. Huh.

It's either a bug or the drop rate needs to be buffed. The useless arcane items are readily available but the ones we actually need aren't? @asommers @Cinco

Done more than 200+ runs, have seen all mythic items looted. Only these three are missing.

Can the drop rate be buffed before the event ends so players can actually get the item they need... Isn't that the purpose of the event?

I own smugglers gun and i think it wouldnt be fair to whose, who worked hard to get one, so i hope they are rlly rare or dont drop at all.

These are years old items, so it makes sense they are not rare, but 81lvl items should be rare.

Since aquaris and all other mythic 81 weapons are in the loot table, smuggler must be looteable as same chance percentage as those weaps (if its not of course)

Or maybe they made a mistake and wasn't suppose to add those. They were emphasized as 'Special Event Equipment' in the Rusk Force Event preview thread.

But they do drop. i didnt see a smug gun drop. but someone is my party looted knight saber.

Same goes for Bounty bow and Knights Saber. I've been checking auction many times a day since the event started, I haven't seen someone list any of those clean.

I think they should buff the chance of looting those 3 specifically a bit.

I have heard many people looting the other 2 weapons (Bow and Saber) and they are cheaply available in auction. These 2 weapons aren't very necessary for their classes to be effective.

Smugg Gun on the other hand... I haven't heard anyone looting one yet, and it's very crucial for Mages to have it. Mages barely do any damage to bosses with just Aquaris alone. A warrior can spend 5m to buy a mythic set which can nuke main bosses and minibosses. But Mages can't do any notice-able damage to boss without smugg rifle since the DoT damage is amplified by Aquaris and Ebon Armor.

The highest ranked lb player for this event hasn't seen anyone loot Smugg Gun yet. There's obviously an issue with the drop rate.

I can confirm that the Smuggler's Blaster Rifle drops and it has dropped.
