Cleaning Tapatalk Inbox

Hello can someone help me how do i fix this/clean my inbox? It looks clear already and when i try to send someone pm,it says "your inbox is full".

Press the news icon and open the AL forums then click the inbox there and you are now able to clear your inbox from there.
