Noob players are just screaming "give us this and this, it's too expensive for me and I don:t want to work for that, because I'm lazy/I have no time" and what STS is doing? GIVE THEM EVERYTHING FOR "FREE". It's hard socialism - people who are working for their stuff are getting ripped for their work and lazy people get everything for free. Hard socialism leads to collapse (Venezuela).
Works for me. As someone who has to study an insane amount and have little downtime, I'm very grateful that I don't need to sit on this game 12 hours a day to make progress. I can just play for 30 mins and achieve things.

Every single game I have played in the past that either was too easy to beat or didn't fix the issue of people being able to hack the game is now out out of business. Take a look at Trinity Interactive, this company had a lot of fun games but there were so many people who hacked the files to get infinite currency which led to no one buying stuff in game and eventually this company shut down. Dungeon defenders was a mobile game years ago and they took it off the stores due to it being too easy.
Focus on irl if you don't have time for games, so many people say the same thing, "I don't have time because of this and that". Quit playing and focus on irl until you have things together to where you can time manage or relax.

Why would I need to quit when the game doesn't take much from my schedule? I'd understand if it was extremely grind heavy and compromised real life activities but it doesn't and I'm grateful for that. AL has become a lot more accessible to casuals and I understand that a lot of hardcores are upset by this. If I was a hardcore player, I'd probably be annoyed too.

Unfortunately, it's as asommers said, you can't please everyone.
