Your suggestion is so good and i think it would help alot of player.

But some players use strategies to refresh the elixir way faster.( Not including ping or wifi connection) Those "system" help during events, casual runs or endless war runs.

Maybe i'm sounding a little arrogant about this idky, but that's just my opinion.
