Lately im facing some weird issue when i try to log in game. I have zero knowledge about tech stuff tbh, so i can't really explain much. Game freezes for 2-3sec every 30sec or so, and i need to restart several times until it gets fixed (idk how this happens, sorry).

Phone is VIVO Y72 5G, Android 12, memory has around 70% free space, everything is fully updated, and it only happens with Arcane Legends.
I already tried clearing cache, reinstalling app etc, but nothing works.
Hope you can tale a look at this and help me.

This, it says something like "Runtime exception exceeded. AL is not working, contact with their customer service to solve it"
