Boss with more damage hardcore mode

I have noticed in the hardcore community that the bosses have more damage and the arena ones shuyal glob almost killed me and that I am a warrior Does anyone know if they have updated anything about it?

The red shuyal boss has that one shot thing for normal mode as well it's been a thing for a long time
