Besides the fact that you cant know the exact odds, calculations are wrong aswell. You dont have any guaranteed loot after 10k (or any other milestone).
Maybe you wanted to say that odds are very low and therefore he cant expect an arti after 1700 bags.

To OP, odds are low and I agree that they are too low for an basic AA.
