Quick question relating to scam

If someone borrows my vanities and gears. (Trusted) but basically scams u.
Is there a way to recover the items? If not can we get him banned with the person who he transfered the items too
I do not have any ss of giving him items but it has been mentioned in the chats which is probably backed up by sts is there any possible way for recovery?
Few items listed in auc by the person like dessert set blood dags etc and even gears from alt. Be careful y'all out there

Verbal agreements are surely unprotected. You could actually use your situation to get people banned. Like you avoid them ect or whatever then tell sts they scammed you. Its a grey area and surely you should be responsible for your own decisions.

You can't recover the items, but chat logs and activity logs are there so they can see if you did give them anything

Always ask for collateral from the other player if he or she is trying to borrow your items and especially if you feel like you can' t trust that person because you won't be able to get your items back if they decide to keep it.

Thanks for the replies I don't have screenshots but it's been mentioned in the al chats about him borrowing and asking for stuff. Do I mail sts regarding this? What should I put it as

Sts doesn't ban for this.

It happened alot before and there is no way to recover back your items , also sts does not ban for this because they are not curious which they punch players with ban of reason trusting the players to each other and u are the one who is blamed by ur accepting this trust.
