+ Improved Arcanax encounter
+ Added system message for Arcanax respawning time (unfortunately, hud timer would require an app update)
+ Reduced Arcanax respawn time
+ Feel free to push/pull Arcanax around again!
+ Boot AFK players from the Birthday zone
+ Added guild hall purchase confirmation page warning of losing old guild hall
