What is the new armor max cap for level 81?

I know that in level 76, the armor stat cap is followed as 8215 no matter how high the amount of your armor is. Can anyone tell me the armor cap for level 81?

Becouse armor debuffs probably, if your armor is exactly on lvl cap then when mobs (in pve) or people (in pvp) debuff your armor your armor then drops belove cap and you take more dmg, but if your armor is much over cap and you get debuffed but your armor is still on cap, then ofc you gonna notice a difference.

Lets say u got exactly 8756 armor wich is cap, you get 20% debuffed it drops you to like 7k so ofc you take more dmg.
On the other hand if your armor is lets say 11k and u get 20% debuffed it drops you to around 9k wich is still more than 8756 so you still maintain maximal protection
