Platinum offer Issue in IOS

Iron Source and TapJoy both never opens if we want to do platinum offers in ios . Why is that ?

No idea. They both open just fine on my iOS devices.

Checked again on ipad mini 2019 . Doesnt open :/

Checked again on ios 13.3.1, 15.7, and 16.1.1, opened just fine.

Maybe you have an ad blocker of some sort on your device that is picking them up? Otherwise no idea.
