+ WE HAVE REFUNDED ALL PLATINUM SPENT ON LOCKED CRATES SINCE THE START OF THE EVENT. You get to keep what you have looted thus far.

Sorry, no. We did refunds so we wouldn't have to deal with individual item exchanges.

Please fix wrong class artifacts, belts, rings and pendants in class specific crates.

As mentioned in the Winter Feedback thread, the class-specific crates have may have equipable accessory items for your class, but only the guaranteed loot will guarantee the preferred stat for your class.

@asommers free diver belt can be equipped by any class but wrong class won't give set bonus. At least make that belt class specific.

I personally have the set so for me it doesn't matter, just asking for others who need proper class belt to complete the set.
Or even better - make any free diver belt giving set bonus. Thanks!
