Skill toggle hiding in Options is bad IMHO

So I came back to PL to check out the event and saw the change to skills. In town I always used to make less skills visible and in battle I made them all visible. In town I like to see where everybody is, but in dungeons I only care about mobs and the party so less people onscreen is fine.

Anybody else with me?

Also been trying to figure out where to get the quest to get the shield at the end of the event and to count chest smashing but having been able to find it. Can anybody help? It's not like SL?
