PvP matchmaking

Hey guys,

I'm sorry for this really newbie question but I'm interested to know more about the PvP system in this game. I wanted to make a twink character but I have to know, when engaging in PvP, do they match-make you with people around your level? e.g. if you are level 15 you fight in a battleground with lvl 10-19. If this is the case, can you tell me the level caps for PvP? e.g. 10-19, 20-29 etc...

It would be most appreciated if you reply ASAP. Thanks

I think it like for ex: your lvl 15 it can be lvl 14-16 or even 13-17lvl so just what thinking
