Holley 50% gold loot bonus?

Mount spyr drops little to no gold, brood grounds gives 0 gold and the frozen village I am not sure about.
Is the brood dragon dropping 0 gold a bug or intended? If intended what is the 50% gold loot on the holley set for? Frozen village?
