Plat tier spawning bug

I have ran with plat tiers in this year winter. And spawn rate seems to be gold tier spawn rate.
From my experience from previous years, gold tier spawn rate: caveman 0%, small guards 10%, tarlok 60%, syri 30%, big guards 0%; plat tier spawn rate: caveman 0%, small guards 0%, tarlok 20%, syri 50%, big guards 30%
But from what i hear from lb runners and other plat tiers. No big guards bosses have been found. Plat tier still getting small guards bosses (impossible to spawn in previous years). And majority of spawns are tarlok, which feels same to gold tier spawn rates.
Might be abit late to fix it for this week since LB already started, and fixing it will mess with all the points etc. How do yall plan on fixing this major event boss bug?
