I have found out that ALL vanities drop in an entire campaign and not only in single missions.
Event, junk and rare vanities they all drop by whole campaigns and not by missions:
Example: Dark manic mask, undead mask and green biker top drop in every mission of Red Light District
I think u are rt, nevertheless I wait to drop each item before reporting its drop location.
