I've been farming for that and all I drop are socialite legs and blue druidic legs

Got one in Rooftops. (From now on, I'll proof from time to time, that vanity always drops in the whole campaign.. to make all those drop-lists less complicated)

Don't give up. The drop rate for all that Order's stuff is much higher than for Dark Manic(for example). Got 2 complete sets in 3 days. Just a few thousand kills..
