the bracelet isn't game changing.
if this is reoccurring we'll probably see mythic, arcane and set bracelets later some time down the line. maybe even spirit who knows.
so yeah this doesn't impact the game at all.
its basically artifacts all over again.
its the same rinse,wash,repeat.

I think its fine and they could add interesting new procs on them in near future, maybe the bracelets will play a key role in new Arcane dungeon or something

Its a small game and u cant have super high expectations, i agree this event is kinda boring, but we cant constantly be having big events.
New item slot means we will have more combinations to play with in near future, maybe u r judging too early.

They made an entire new item equipment with a good passive, can also get gold loot on it movement speed boss damage stat % this is a huge event .
Everyone who has GL set with have 40-100% more gl just from this bracelet
Everyone who has speed set will have 10-20% ms more on their speed set
Everyone who has stat % will have 4-8% more main stat
Everyone who has boss damage will have 10-20% more boss damage

If u put it that way, it just proves OP's point that its another copy of artifacts "rinse and repeat".
What we should be looking at is what it brings in the future and hope we get more versatility with that new item slot.

Fixes? u mean like skills revamp or balancing classes? dev said they will revamp skills soon and theres always gonna be players who complain about balance, same for the "game state", in 2016 u would say 2013 was better.
Im an old player (2013) and i had 1 year break during Valley expansion cuz i thought it was dull and boring, im not saying the game is crazy good rn, but for me its more interesting now than before.
U can always take a break from AL, just cuz u find it boring it doesnt mean its the same for the majority of the playerbase, meanwhile devs can track players activity and decide if their move was good or bad.

There has been plenty of expansions 2013-2016, i remember complaints about Nekro shield being too op in pvp for example "game was better before nekro" (ofcourse there was plenty of players who loved it as well).
Idk why u think they consider lockeds as solution, i would sooner say they r making too many vanities (but still better than getting only re-colors as it was very common before), personally im f2p and everything i want that others buy with plat, i can get with gold. And yes, u could say they r greedy and we constantly have locks/vanities/pets in store for plats, but it seems like its selling well so why would they want to change that?
Besides...if u have a simple idea/solution to make the game more interesting, u can always share it here.

just because the game is small and simple doesn't justify why the game is the way it is.
they had to make important changes in the beginning of the games life. they can only touch things that doesn't effect the core game mechanics because the game was designed to be a finished product.
the biggest changes youll see in this game is events and possibly housing.
if anything in the core game changes ill be surprised.
games are like a layered cake when you begin to remove layers other problems will arise.
