Well first are you going to be playing alot of PvE, or PvP?

Dex/STR is good for a pally build (Mainly on a mage) for Pvp, it gives you good damage while still staying alive with the health STR gives. With that said it is HORRIBLE for PvE (on a mage, and on bird if your using STR sets)

Dex/Int is also good for PvP if you use a INT set, its more of a PvE build though, INT gives you alot of mana pool and regen and dex gives you good damage.

Conclusion:
PvP: Dex/STR
PvE: Dex/INT or Dex/STR

I'd do int/dex for pvp in high levels though... You're usually using a set in end game ish !
