Why yall nerf proc chance on pisces ? And maria really need a buff on proc chance i mean the weapons are literally annoying to use now ...cant believe yall .. pay to win i guess ... needa spend over 300 to try and get arc right?

Kinda funny because i know a decent sum of people that could afford these gears if they didn't feel the need for expensive vanities or house decorations.Also the price depends on what currency you use, 300 doesn't mean anything in particular to anyone. While we're at it, war's polaris doesn't have a problem with proc rate, but it does have a problem actually hitting anything if the enemy constantly "dodges" both consecutive charged normal attacks, with the third hit just being achievable with a lot of haste. Don't know how many times it missed all hits on a boss while ult was active, thereby dealing absolutely no significant damage whatsoever. Neptaris (and Kraken Sword) also need priority selectors, so that you can lock onto bosses only and not proc it on mobs.
