Bought 1,700 platinum deal never received anything

I bought the 1,700 platinum deal an entire week ago.
I never receive anything and my email to support hasn't even received any type of response.
Is this normal should I keep waiting or ask for a refund through Google perhaps?

Check your spam folders ect. Try to pm a dev here. I think after 48hours google cannot refund but im not 100% on that. Platinum purchases should be basically instant deposits not sure what your issue is but good luck

you should be able to request refund if you didnt receive from google play... within certain days .. suggest you email AL support

No, I'm still trying to give STS a chance to give me my stuff.
It's been 8 days now and I still haven't even gotten a response to my support ticket, I'm pretty much giving up.
Gonna issue a refund request through Google tomorrow.

You might want to try and pm a dev because if your platinum goes negative I think you get banned
