Ok, the second DL came out, I immidiately capped my char in hope of getting a vanity (like in PL) but none came, I took a long break and came back and the level cap had raisedis there ever gonna be a vanity that anyone knows about?

you get a weapon AND an extra power point. At least you did at 26. The 26 weapon wasn't very strong to start with but the devs upped it's strength and it's now better than my level 25 immortalis.The extra power point comes in handy too (esp for pvp). So, at least to me anyway, there is a big incentive in going for cap.
As STS games have shown, there will more than likely be a vanity in the coming Elite Caps. For now, 26 cap, it is a weapon. The past cap, 21, was a title. Who knows what next cap's reward will be.
