Holley weapons and set bonus

I’m still not impressed after jewels were put in. Yellow sets are supposed to out rank mythic. My Bounty bow feels like more than either Holley weapon. Combined with Over Easy (another yellow set) should work better. Maybe it’s good for mage, not good for rogue. Buff the weapons or add a decent proc. Still shaking my fist at sets.. so aggravating. Adding bracelets to the mix, it’s becoming overwhelming to contemplate what to invest in.

I like that it doesn't proc, my old speed gear would proc when I'm running then I would be in cd when I stop to fight. If you just use it to take advantage of the speed buff it's a nice set. I tried fighting in it once, and that was enough for me to not do that again.

What’s the fun/point of speed if one can’t kill along the way? I’m not asking to be op in end game but able to keep up elsewhere and in events without weighing down the team. The Bounty procs on full charge, not randomly. I’m just asking for a lil luv. As a comparison, I know this only affects a small group of players, same as Spirit sets. Yet their getting some attention in a feedback thread.
