hi...supposedly got 13hrs left for event end..but the event portal show close...bug right?
I can still open my energies even without the active portal. That is very dangerous.
wow...none of the dev online n notice this serious problem??already 2hrs...or mybe something very serious happen to your hq/server?
With the portal closed, I can still enter the event area and spend my energy. But there are no bosses to kill.
we can't get into the portal to the boss for half a day, I hope they will add time for us to have time to take our tiers

We are investigating the issue with Winter Week 3 coming to an end sooner than expected.
