It takes a lot of dexterity for a level 10 bird to handle a level 45 bow

Make it more like the 2010 xmas stat requirements.
That way its "within reason" for use and people will actually WANT them lol

The thing is I farmed according to stats requirement (thinking how PVPler of certain lvls could use weapons with what stats).
Now u changed everything and my well thought out plan is messed up.
Well, another PL week wasted on speculations.
And yea, a lvl 10 weapon shouldn't have stat requirements, but as always we have to adapt...
