game crashing

please fix the game loading. im sick of spending hours just trying to load the bloody game, ive spent over 6 hours just trying to load the game today. it just sits in the bloody Spacetime Studios srceen and then crashes. all up today ive spent about 10 hours waiting to play and only opened 3 bloody times, today alone. this happens EVERYDAY. i would play on my phone but the graphics on it are really crappy and cant pvp.

Instead of demanding a fix, give out some details so people can help you out.
What phone/ computer do you use, have you done anything new to your phone/computer?
Maybe you have a lot of apps running in the background...
