Best Talon and Wing for level 70 Bird

I'm level 70 now, and I've tried out th shield and it was a great addition. I really enjoyed the new armor. Before I was thinking more like level 70 Totally Forgotten Bow with Tiki Armor and Tiki Headset but now instead of the bow I think a talon and shield would be better. I know that was what the angel set was for but I missed that. Is there any other weapon and wing that would do better than my current one which is the Green Beachcombers Quickstrike Tlon and Cheifs Trickster Wing with the Coin Vanity Shield.

Chief talon (purple) or L70 sun god bow/phantom bow.

I hope the devs release the pink humania talon and wing soon.

Why talon and wing?
Birds are more dependent on damage purposes when it comes to PvP rather than dodge and armor, since a simple Root takes away the dodge, and a simple Break Armor takes the armor.
