Merge accounts?

Ok here's a quick question for u DEVS. Can you merge accounts? I need to merge my bear account to my main account...do they do it or not? I'm quite certain that do as they have done one for me in past but they still do it?

Lol new way to get anything for 10 plat or less for free... Make new account, buy what you want with your free 10 plat, merge accounts, stash whatever you bought, delete character merged... Is it bad that this is what I took from this thread?
