bring AL inventory stacking to PL

This is still a considerable issue, inventory is a mess at 1000 slots. and scrolling through them is very slow.

First, bringing "stacking" to kits and crates will cut down significantly on the clutter. I think "storage alts" should be a thing of the past.

Here are some navigation organizational solutions:

have a "drop-down" menu for each rarity within each section of inventory>
you can also clean up the UI and put the "sell all" button under each rarity type
(this does not apply to vanity category)

example:

helmets | weapon | armor | ... | packs

when elite is clicked in the helmet subsection, all of the elite helmets are revealed with the sell all button. this will greatly reduce scrolling. a simple search bar will also help vastly.
