A way to search guilds

Is there a way for you guys to make a way to search a specific guild and see the guild master that owns it. I was trying to originally find the owner of guild that had a specific name. But currently it's impossible to be let into a guild that is inactive or taken by someone who may never be on or etc... if there's a way we can see who owns it maybe we can at least mail them and get them to invite us.

Adding on to my previous post, and if you could show how long they have been off so we can assume that weather or not that guildname is lost forever
