Delete damage abilitys from Tanks and Buff Support Skills

iam reading alot of replies against tanks, they should not deal damage, they should support the other classes.

So my suggestion is - delete all damaging skills, give us 100% haste so horn/jugg/vb and rally cry is active 24/7

Add 2000000m range on horn so we can catch our speedy teammates.


Maybe we will get invited into farm partys then.
