Add Bound 76 Sunset Amulet & Rings to the vendor in Valley

These are 2 years old already and now after we have better gears, would be great if we have a use to the valley currency.
Also even though they outdated they cost alot.
Just like the 71 Arcane amulet and ring in festerfeng.

There will be anew crate vendor for 76arcanes now that all 81 arcanes released i guess. It might take some time tho. I don't think it will be with valley tokens
But why bound version. All crate vendors give tradable arcane gear and eggs.
