Lock hotbar = hide fold button

Small change i would suggest to current way hotbars look and work.

The option of locking hotbar is good ofcourse but what would even make it better Is removing the fold button while its locked.

Right now button would become grayed out and adding lock on the fold menu.

Also making it a dead spot on the screen making it impossible to use for example a skill that gets under the hotbar.

Small change that could be made by just removimh the fold button when locked.
