Should I try warrior class?

Helo I am a mage user and I was wondering if I should try out using a warrior. My mage has normal full mythic 81 set. I looked at auc for mythic 81 warrior items and it seems that I can afford to try them out cause it seems interesting to try another class. I wanted to try rogue but seeing the prices, I definitely could not afford buying new gear to try it out atm xD.
Do you think I should try out using warrior? What do you think are the pros and cons of using mage or war? Or should I just earn more and try rogue? thank you.

Warrior is fun to play tbh xd wide variety of good weapons i personally enjoy using Terrorblade + dozer combo to clear mobs

Can pull mobs easily
Survivability
Wide weapon arsenal
6x str
Gears cheaper than other class due to meta shifting
Good looking vanities than alien smurf XD

Cons
Doesn't deal much dmg vs dps character (mage/rog)
Not much AoE spells to clear
Heavily rely on procs to clear and deal dmg


Overall it's good if you're going rogue just be sure get your pocket ready rogue endgame gears are more expensive than mage but rogue midgame gears are lil bit okay only mage midgame gears are expensive atm choose wisely

if you only have mythic set = no
if you have kraken aegis and at least chasmal armor = yes

The fact we absolutely need ulti to kill a boss make warrior almost(we can kill the mini lmao) useless in zodias elite portal.

if they buff the sword to make us able to at least clear phase 1 with the kraken sword, then i would say its worth it...

but now i can say 2 other class look way more fun to play

It depends what you play, do you play events, or do you farm gold? For running events it really does not matter which class you pick to use, but if you are a gold farmer, then you are surely aware of best map to get gold from (Rahabkor's Lair). For Normal version you are good to go with any class, for Elite version i would say stick to mage, even as naked mage with curse skill you will be valuable part of team.

War looks cheap to you? Well we need Full Kraken+Flawless Fury, need to swap to Zaarus Set for Stat Boost (so you need an OP Zaarus Set aswell) + 2x stacking Damage Elixier and Damage Setup on Pet (no gl) to finish first Phase of Elite Rahab - and this needs time aswell. So its not cheap af as u want to be super useful for your team. Also we are not in 2020 where u can kill mobs with Terrorblade + Skull Axe combo. Even the CD is there because they Updated this Stacking System years ago.

Pls dont listen to a Mage Main if it comes to swapping to our main class. Tank.
Ask Tanks about their opinion. We are struggling atm, everyone hates on our Ult which has 0 use in Portals. Many Tanks swapped already because it’s ridiculous to keep track of what we have to do to be usefull.

Warrior is a fun class. But for now - stick to mage.

okay, I see. I'm understanding that warriors can have it tough for those zodias portals in regards to needing the kraken items. I was also only referring to the mythic 81 set for warrior that was "cheap." I also only wanted to try warrior for events or usual map runs(not the zodias portals). Maybe I should've made myself more clear. Thanks for everyone's opinion though. I think I'd still try warrior because it looks interesting xD
