read the rules, not allowed to post screenshots of player's chat on forums
use /report <playername> to report them in game at that time itself
there is a support site with a ticket system and live chat apart from the email address

Come on guys show some empathy for the poor op, people shouldn't talk about other folks mum this way. I am sure that if the OP emails support the offender will be promptly banned.
Last two weeks i remember 5 posts with screenshots or text showing names

As others have mentioned, we would prefer that you took such complaints through our established channels to be addressed. Please use the in game report function to send and e-mail report to our Support Team who can investigate and take action as necessary. After you have reported, we suggest you make use of the ignore / mute functionality to not see messages from that person again.
