check your ping bro. all charge proc weapon succesfull rate affect by ping. 300-400 ping is good. but 500+ is bad. you need 1 second wait more after full charge bar reach to attck cause the sync. betwen server.

Pisces are buffs to many times by dev i think on 5 charge it will proc 100% but it will proc on 1charge if you are lucky.

there is supposed to be a guaranteed proc at 5 but it happened to me aswell that it goes to over 5 sometimes
but anyways the daggers arent bad, they dont need a buff

this weapon has very strong proc, and its fair that the rate will be slightly lower

You might be having to do more than 5 charged attacks for it to proc because enemies are dodging the charged attacks, which doesn't give progress towards the guaranteed proc.

This is mythic weapon. Sts will only focus on kraken items. Time to move on and continue your daily job as gold farmer in rahabkor 100+ times and get kraken.
