To the developers is it possible to Add a Market Chat with a 30 seconds or a 1 minute cooldown before u can chat again so its easy to buy or sell an item instead of going back and fort to a different cities?

+1 many mmorpg games have this mechanism, its not so hard to implement devs. Just create a item named speaker and make it appear in everybody chats (not like a broadcast, like a normal message)

Would be good if only ppl clicked into can see it, like a party chat for mass amount of ppl.
Regular chat in towns unaffected.
Can click into it from any map location.
