95% sure It was from owning Tabard sets. I think they were available around December 2012.
I remember this because thats when I got my first smart phone and downloaded this game..
Title was granted for the achievement "Purchased a premium character and earned the "Sentinel" title. The same has been removed in the 2012-11-05.

This is what i knew but is it possible to find some screenshots, some writtens from devs as a proof? there is a character claims having the title but not the tabard set.
Don't care too much, it's a random and simple title..

No, we both know is not random and only owned by whoever bought arcane tabards back in time.

I had a "Sentinel" title in an account created in 2014 and I did not have a tabard set, I remember it very well. I'm pretty sure this title didn't come from tabard..

title was given through an achievement. which was later on removed after the Canada and Australia limited release, however they did not remove the title, only the achievement.
To be fair i have the title on 2 characters, yet i've gotten rid of the gears ages ago
