Map origins shows a glowing light

All maps at value 0 on x- and y-axis show a blue light. Is there any use of it or just a visual bug?

it started happening for me yesterday after i equipped siafara's weapon
(or maybe after i updated the client i'm not entirely sure)
anyway the effect doesn't appear right after i start the game
it either takes a little time or remap counts again i'm not sure
but after it starts it follows me in most of the maps
it usually appears at a location of remap/start

Iphone does not seem to be updated at 2.7.53 yet, however laptop does.

Will try it out once App Store has the update patch to be installed.
