Also to add, set visuals (Zaarus Set) aren't visible when inspecting a player, previewing in auction even when it is equipped & in the log-in page. It's only visible when it isn't in inspecting character mode.

i dont think that its a bug, i think they did it on purpose.

Definitely a bug, probably because its the weekend we didn't see any fix. It wouldn't be showing any other effects like speed set sparkles if it was intentional.
Edit: also just confirmed it's only affecting zaarus (lvl 81 legendary set unaffected). Now I'm sure its a bug
